Every session starts by reconnecting with what you actually came here to change. We look at where you are with your main goal, how you've been since we last met, and where movement is happening — so the work stays anchored to what matters most to you.

Follow the Emotion & Uncover the Belief

Most therapists stay with the feeling. We go further. The aim is to find the one sentence about yourself that's been running quietly in the background — often since childhood. That's the lever everything else turns on.

Work Through It & Take Something Home

This is where the real work happens. We move through the emotions and beliefs together — then figure out what you can do between sessions to reinforce the changes you want and challenge the patterns keeping you stuck.
